Service & Pricing

What's included in the monthly fee?
The standard subscription is €40 plus VAT per device each month. Play music in a web browser on your own device. Rent a dedicated player with streaming and service at the same standard price, shown as separate invoice items.
Is there a minimum contract?
The digital subscription has a minimum one-month billing period. Start date, duration and cancellation terms are stated in the quote and contract. Player agreements are typically made for an agreed term of 24 months or more.
Can I pause the service during off-season?
A pause is not automatic. If a one-to-four-month pause is agreed, the contract is extended by the same period.
Repertoire scope
PRO-free applies only to repertoire marked that way; it does not mean the full catalogue is cleared for every territory or use.

Browser playback requires a stable internet connection. Hardware backup/offline playback depends on the selected equipment and configuration and is confirmed in the offer.

How does the device connect?
The device connects via internet and outputs to your existing audio system. Installation is simple and requires no IT expertise.

Is it compatible with my existing sound system?
Yes, it works with most professional and commercial sound systems. No equipment replacement is required.
Can staff change the music?
No. That's the whole point. Consistent atmosphere, no staff improvisation.
How are updates handled?
Updates are handled automatically and require no action from the client.

Our model is built for lawful music playback in hospitality. Details are clearly explained before activation.
Do I need separate licenses for different zones?
PRO-free applies only to repertoire marked that way; it does not mean the full catalogue is cleared for every territory or use.
What if I already pay ZAMP directly?
That doesn't exclude using Meridian Chapters. We help align things without duplication.
Can inspectors verify compliance?
Yes, the system is transparent and can be clearly explained during inspections.
