1. Service overview

Meridian Chapters provides professionally curated background music for hospitality venues. The service may include music programming, streaming hardware, operational support, and licensing guidance.

2. Plans and billing

The standard subscription is €40 plus VAT per device each month.

One subscription covers one device.

• The digital subscription has a minimum one-month billing period. Start date, duration and cancellation terms are stated in the quote and contract.
• Player agreements are typically made for an agreed term of 24 months or more.
• €400 + VAT per device / 12 months. Pay for ten months and use the service for twelve.
• A pause is not automatic. If a one-to-four-month pause is agreed, the contract is extended by the same period.

3. Acceptable use and compliance

The service is licensed for commercial background use in the registered venue or venues only. You may not redistribute, record, resell, or re-license the music content.

We help venues manage music-system compliance, but the venue operator remains responsible for any local public-performance obligations that apply.

4. Hardware, cancellation, and liability

If Meridian Chapters provides playback hardware, it must be used as instructed and returned after cancellation if required. The venue remains responsible for stable internet access, power, and a compatible audio system.

You may cancel at the end of the current billing period unless a different written agreement applies. Meridian Chapters is not liable for interruptions caused by force majeure, venue infrastructure, third-party networks, or misuse of the service.

5. Governing law and contact
