Agreed seasonal pause
A pause is not automatic. If a one-to-four-month pause is agreed, the contract is extended by the same period.

Seven days from your explicit activation, with one simultaneous stream and access to browse the full catalogue.
Repertoire scope
PRO-free applies only to repertoire marked that way; it does not mean the full catalogue is cleared for every territory or use.
Meridian licenses the music it supplies. Venue-specific public-performance permissions and collecting-society fees may still be required and remain the operator's responsibility where applicable.
